Returns & Exchanges

At Combat Arena, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned equipment and apparel must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your requested replacement within 5 business days.
